All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Custom orders such as custom length chains require additional production time.



Please keep in mind that we are located in Hawaii, about 2500 miles from the continental US, and shipping from here generally takes longer than within the mainland US. Some options, like overnight delivery, are not available. In general, add a few days to your regular shipping time expectation and give yourself a few extra days to order time-sensitive pieces, such as gifts. Contact us first before you place your order if you are concerned about an item's delivery time. We will try to work out a solution for you!





We offer a $ 5 reduced flat rate shipping within the USA.



 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please refer to the individual carrier for delivery times. We have experienced anything from 10 days to 6 weeks in the past, depending on carrier and destination country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eve Black Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer to pay to the applicable agency in your country.



Der Deutsche Zoll kassiert , entweder ueber den Post Zusteller oder bei Abholung im Zollamt 19% Mehrwertssteuer auf den Paketgesamtwert. Ihr Schmuckstueck wird dadurch nicht teurer, da wir sonst beim Direktverkauf in Deutschland die Mehrwerssteuer bei der Einreise im Vorraus am Flughafen Zollamt bezahlen. Die 19% werden dann auf den Amerikanischen Originalpreis aufgeschlagen, bevor die Ware an den Stand kommt. Eine Kette, die zB. online 100 US$ kostet, wird in Deutschland 119 Euro im Direktverkauf kosten. Die Onlinebestellung macht den Einkauf fuer Sie also nicht teurer!



When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your domestic order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For international orders, refer to the delivery estimates of the carrier you chose at checkout and contact them directly with your tracking number.



We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will not accept returns on orders of customized pieces, such as a shortened chain. 

 If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
